I *think* this is more correct with the spacing in APTextureFont... Not entirely sure, though, since I wrote it so long ago. If more spacing issues occur later, I'll reinvestigate this class.

An attempt to fix the cursor bug on OS X where the mouse cursor would remain visible while the game ran. The fix was to rearrange the order in which we call some of the SDL setup functions when compared to hiding the cursor.
