An attempt to fix the cursor bug on OS X where the mouse cursor would remain visible while the game ran. The fix was to rearrange the order in which we call some of the SDL setup functions when compared to hiding the cursor.

Made menu clicks play the menu click sound.... I'm not too satisfied with the menu click sound as of yet, but it is slightly less annoying than what was there before!

Put some mouse smoothing back in... and tested it... Looks good at most framerates I can achieve (i.e. anywhere from 10 fps to 70 fps).... Its easily controllable, so we need to make an option for it in the options pane.
