Added a bunch of external files to the cvs repository so we're
all on the same page with the libraries that we use....

Added some basic flight camera controls, but no camera class yet. Flight camera uses euler angles to representation rotation, and therefore highly suffers from gimbal lock. We should research other means of flight control....
