I *think* this is more correct with the spacing in APTextureFont... Not entirely sure, though, since I wrote it so long ago. If more spacing issues occur later, I'll reinvestigate this class.

An attempt to fix the cursor bug on OS X where the mouse cursor would remain visible while the game ran. The fix was to rearrange the order in which we call some of the SDL setup functions when compared to hiding the cursor.

Bringing up cvs codebase to latest local codebase.

This includes some wire fixes that took place several months ago for other projects. These fixes, such as providing capability for straight line wires, shouldn't affect the way that Phage *currently* works, but may make PCCs more robust in the future.

Put some mouse smoothing back in... and tested it... Looks good at most framerates I can achieve (i.e. anywhere from 10 fps to 70 fps).... Its easily controllable, so we need to make an option for it in the options pane.

Changed trebuchet.txf file to correctly render all characters. The new font file is smaller, so I scaled most of the game text up to 110%.

The sound is done for 3D audio (bullets, white blood cells, and viruses)...also, the wav/mp3 files in res have been renamed to match their methods (and to make more sense when trying to find them!)
